The Small Print & FAQ... Sassy Plants YXE
Sassy Plants YXE is a small operation within our purpose of Project Baby Sparrow. There are many hands working behind the scenes, but please be gracious and patient with us as we are all also still holding down full time careers.
Our pots are all designed locally by us here in Saskatoon SK, and vinyl adhered to our pots in our home; our plants are locally grown and sourced as well as planted by us into our pots. With these things in mind, please expect small human errors in your product.

Large errors, misprints, or faulty products will result in replacements - please reach out to us and include any pictures of any faulty product.
1:SHIPPING
Shipping* is set up as flat rates on our website. With that said - if your shipping is dramatically less than the flat rate, or dramatically more than the flat rate - we will reach out to you for either a shipping reimbursement or additional funds. Feel free to also reach out to us prior to your order for confirmation of this!

Only empty pots are able to be shipped outside of Saskatchewan pick up locations.
We will advise when and if this changes

Currently*** our flat rates are as follows:
Saskatchewan - $13
Alberta & Manitoba - $15
Rest of Canada - $20 (Flat Rate Canada Post Box**, max weight of 5kg) / $25 (Xpresspost)

*Please indicate if this is a gift being send directly to the gift recipient. We would be happy to wrap this for you at no additional charge!
** You may also receive your package in a bubble mailer if it is the same cost to ship, and will help me to skip a step in purchasing the box for you!

2:RETURNS
With the above small print in mind - we will be happy to process any returns initiated within 7 days of confirmed mail delivery, with returned product being received by us within 30 days of initiated return. Funds (product total and initial shipping fee) will be reimbursed within 5 business days of the unused product being returned to us. Return shipping is at customer's expense.

No funds will be reimbursed for a return if any of the following are found true:
1. Return is initiated after 7 days
2. Product is received by us beyond the adequate 30 day window from return initiation
3. Upon receiving the product, it is determined that the product has been used.
3:GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are available - but are currently not set up for the website. Please reach out to us directly to purchase or to redeem gift cards.
